Our old home safe decided not to open at a time when we really needed to access it. After many failed attempts I valued for a locksmith. Joe arrived 50 minutes later, just as he said he would. He looked at the safe, sat it upright (note that I’d already done that many times), pulled the handle and the door immediately opened! Call it good karma or whatever you’d like. For me it was incredible and a blessing. Joe was gracious, friendly, and very professional! I’m a huge fan!
